Where do I register to vote? Do we have rural delivery? Do goldfish travel? Our Concierge service begins when you walk through our door to begin the process of buying or selling a home. Once the closing is over, our Concierge, Jo Henning-Dyer, is still available to assist you, and will help you with the services you need - not just for a week, but all the time you live in your home. A sampling of services we may be able to help you with include architects, appraisers, appliance repair and purchase, cleaning services, clean up and hauling, community connections and information, contractors, design, flooring, fuel providers, landscaping, locksmiths, property management, roofing and trash removal.Jo is a former member of Les Clefs d'Or, the International Concierge League, and her goal is to make each of your Coldwell Banker Redpath & Co. real estate transactions as smooth and stress free as possible.

The Redpath moving van is our newest Concierge service. We recently acquired a 14 foot Ford Aerocell truck that can be used by our buyers, sellers and VIP cardholders. The truck comes with a ramp, furniture pads and handcart to help facilitate your moving or odd job. You must be over 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a major credit card in your name, a current automobile insurance policy, and limit your moving activity to within a 30 mile radius of the Hanover or Quechee offices. Coldwell Banker Home Protection Plan

Buying a home brings a lot of uncertainty. The older a mechanical system is, the greater chance of it breaking down. Even new equipment can be faulty and costly to repair. The Home Protection Plan is essentially a home warranty that protects both buyers and sellers from unexpected repair costs during the listing period of the home and during the first year of a buyer's home ownership. VIP Membership

Through partnering with local businesses, Coldwell Banker Redpath & Co. offers clients and customers special promotions. If you are a buyer or seller who has completed a transaction with our company, you will receive a VIP membership card that will entitle you to these packages. The VIP card is also good at our office for reasonable use of our copying and fax machines.
